KAIROS, Inc. Carbon Fiber ABS filament is crafted using a flowable ABS resin blended with high modulus carbon fibers at ~15% by volume. This provides a great general use filament with good strength, stiffness, and an attractive surface finish. This filament is compatible with KAIROS’ Click-to-Print™ software available on all of our 3D printer systems.

Enclosed Chamber

A 3D printer with an enclosed chamber is recommended for this filament

Nozzle Size

Using an extruder with a 0.5 mm or greater nozzle size is recommend for this filament

Layer Height

Using a layer height of 0.25 mm or greater nozzle size is recommend for this filament

Drying Time

Carbon Fiber ABS filament should be dried at 80°C for at least 4 hours
